1. Legal Agreement: By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legal agreement. The specific terms of the agreement will be determined based on criteria at the time of booking.
2. Payment Methods: All payments are subject to the chosen agreement and will be processed using the specified payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy: Guests are eligible for a 100.00% refund if a cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
4. First Payment Rule: A 50% payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
5. Offline Payments: For payments made by check or other offline methods, the arrival date must be at least 15 days in the future. Custom payment instructions also require a minimum of 15 days before the arrival date.
6. Second Payment Rule: The second payment, comprising the remaining balance, is due 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and will be collected automatically.
7. Guest Reminder: An email reminder will be sent to the guest if a payment is not scheduled to be automatically collected.
8. Pending & Auto Cancellation: If a booking is made using a payment method that doesn’t automatically charge the guest, the following rules apply:
9. Pending For Payment: The booking will be pending until payment is received or recorded by the deadline, based on the payment method chosen.
10. Guest Notification: In case of pending expiration, a warning will be sent to the guest.
11. Security Deposits: A security deposit of $300.00 will be held, and an email reminder will be sent to the guest if the deposit is not scheduled to be automatically held. The deposit will be held 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure.
